Packed with all of Japan’s wheel manufacturing technology,
this forged 3-piece wheel is made entirely in Japan.
That’s the es-04.
Designed from scratch by THREEHUNDRED exclusively for ABARTH,
this is a genuine ABARTH-exclusive wheel.
The feel of the rim and disc on a 3-piece wheel changes depending on the rim width and inset.
The standard disc is compatible with stock calipers,
so it cannot be installed on vehicles equipped with BREMBO calipers.

3P wheels have many component parts and are heavier than 1P wheels,
so they are often thought of as fashion wheels, but the forged ingots
used from es-07 onwards benefit from the extremely high density forged material,
and with advanced heat treatment and processing techniques, a stronger material is produced,
allowing for more aggressive designs than with regular forged materials.
The es wheel series is designed exclusively for ABARTH, so every part is made to ABARTH specifications.
The front and rear caliper clearance is designed to a few millimeters,
making it possible to make the outer rim deeper.
You can select the disc to match the grade of your car,
and enjoy a one-of-a-kind set of forged wheels that is one of a kind in the world.
◆Die forging method es-09 corsa

The es-09 corsa is the first in the es wheel series to be made using die forging.
Up until now, the es Wheel series has been made by using an 8000t press
to press a disk-shaped ingot into the shape of a wheel, and then cutting out the design surface.
A forged machined wheel, it has sufficient strength and processing precision.
Naturally, the tremendous force of the forging machine is applied to the mold,
which allows the aluminum to be packed into every detail, resulting in a material that is even more dense than that made possible
by forging and machining, resulting in greater strength.
This makes it possible to create an ultra-lightweight wheel, allowing for thickness
in each part and the adoption of a bold design.
The basic five-spoke shape of the es-09 corsa is designed to distribute the applied force
in a balanced manner based on strength calculations, making it possible to pursue even lighter weight.
